Eagle Appraisal was founded in Hoffman Estates, IL in 1999 by Paul A. Botts, the company President. Since that time, we have expanded rapidly to serve major metropolitan areas in 11 states and the District of Columbia. The key to our success has been our commitment to quality, both in our reports and our people. We provide fast, accurate reports delivered by friendly, dedicated staff.

Present

Our main corporate office is located in Glendale, Arizona. We have full-time office staff available to address all of your needs and concerns, so that we can continue to provide you with superior customer service.

We specialize in Residential and ERC Relocation Appraisals, serving major metropolitan areas in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Washington State and Washington D.C. Our turnaround time from the date of inspection is 2-3 business days or less, and we will accommodate rush orders as needed. We make every effort to schedule the appointment within 1-2 days of receiving the appraisal order.

Future
